Orders placed before 11 AM Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed the following business day. Our warehouse hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM. Fit & Sizing

Our shoes are designed to fit like their corresponding American size: i.e. a 38 from Thelma should fit like a typical US 8. That said, we’ve found that some women prefer to take a half size up. Do note that suede gives over time; we’ve found that after about three wears, the shoes will have stretched to adjust to the wearer’s foot. These shoes are meant to be comfortable, so if you experience extreme tightness when you first put them on, you’d likely prefer a half size up. Shipping

We offer free ground shipping via USPS on all domestic orders. Depending on where you are located, it typically takes between 2 and 6 business days. If you need your items sooner or if you live outside of the U.S., please contact us at info@shopthelma.com for information about expedited and international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Thelma gladly accepts returns on all items purchased at full price. We will also accept exchanges for a different size or color. We want to make returns & exchanges as easy as possible. Please note that all domestic returns must be initiated within 21 days of your order being shipped. To initiate a return, please email info@shopthelma.com with a subject line of ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’. A paid USPS return label will be provided to you via email within 48 hours. Merchandise must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. Return requests that do not meet our policies may only be accepted at our discretion. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at Info@ShopThelma.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns are processed within 1 week of the return being delivered. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

Care

How you decide to care for your suede and leather is truly a matter of personal preference. Some prefer to keep shoes looking brand new as long as possible while others find beauty in materials that look worn in.

• We recommend spraying the suede with a protectant annually.
• Use a suede brush to remove dirt and stains.
• For deeper stains, consult a leather professional.
• Avoid contact with oils, mud and excessive amounts of water.
